When you reach the next page, choose the category it relates to the most, and enter the law name with the change. For example: "Privatize ABC Liquor Stores in North Carolina".

After that, when you are finished editing your site, create the topic in the appropriate forum. Add the link and the information about the law you are wishing to change or create. Topic posts should look like this:
